WARNING: If someone contacts you saying that he or she is from Fransen & Molinaro and demands money on a Pay Day loan, it is a scam.
Starting on, or about, September 01, 2011, Fransen & Molinaro learned that it was being impersonated by people alleging to call on our behalf and demanding money under threats of putting people in jail or suing them. If this has happened to you, please understand that these people have no affiliation with us, and we have notified the Corona, California Police Department. If you have been contacted by these scam artists, please call the Corona, California Police Department at 951-736-2330 and file a report. I also encourage you to call your local police department and file a report. These scam artists may or may not be from India, but there is reason to suspect they are not working within the United States borders.
In some cases these scam artists have obtained your personal information, including bank accounts, dates of birth, and social security numbers. In such cases you should immediately report the identity theft to all of your financial institutions and then consult with a local attorney to help protect your rights.
