Nathan Fransen, Esq.
Nathan's background is in the real estate and mortgage industries. Prior to becoming an attorney, Nathan managed a branch office for a national lender and operated his own brokerage that was licensed in several states with offices throughout California. Laws relating to mortgage lending and real estate issues are complex but Nathan's background is helpful in identifying key issues and expeditiously resolving matters. Real Estate and Mortgage Brokers often consult Nathan to ensure proper compliance with the ever-changing laws affecting their business. Nathan obtained his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in 2005 and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout California. Nathan also received a certificate in Environmental, Land Use and Real Estate from Chapman University School of Law in 2005. Paul J. Molinaro, M.D., J.D.
Having been an active real estate investor and broker, Paul experienced first-hand, the good, bad, and the ugly of the real estate world. In his law practice, Paul has seen the tricks employed by unscrupulous brokers, agents, inspectors, notaries, and escrow officers. He has seen buyers and sellers play fast and loose with disclosure laws regarding home sales and rentals. He witnessed borrowers promised an affordable loan only to get get loans they can't pay, buyers buy homes with undisclosed defects, sellers back out of sales contracts without good cause, escrow companies abscond with funds, and other illegal activities. Paul takes pride in representing people and small businesses who have been victimized during real estate transactions.
In addition to his experience as a broker, Paul brings over 19 years as a practicing physician in the fields of Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and Urgent Care Medicine into his legal practice. He provides his clients with the same high degree of loyalty and quality care given to his patients. His unique educational background and experience, covering the fields of medicine and law, are what sets Paul apart from other attorneys.
Paul enjoys practicing in all areas of real estate and mortgage law, but also handles catastrophic medical malpractice matters involving birth trauma or surgical errors. Applying the team approach he learned in the medical field, Paul works closely with seasoned, experienced, and successful trial attorneys, top notch medical experts, investigators, and other personnel to fully meet the needs of his clients and provide cutting edge legal representation. Sometimes, "When you need a lawyer, you should call a doctor!"
